I am a designer-maker who specialises in metal work.

Taking industrial and often mundane repair materials, parts and fittings, I develop new pieces around the interplay between the ready-made and the hand-made object. The use of ready-mades makes objects feel familiar, encouraging the viewer to recognise something in them with which they can connect. However, objects refuse to conform to familiar categories, neither that of its original use or of a domesticated object, leaving them open to interpretation and playful interactions.
